Announcement No. 24 [2020] of the Ministry of Finance and the State Taxation Administration

For the purpose of further supporting individual industrial and commercial households and micro and small enterprises in fully resuming work and business, the relevant tax policies are hereby announced as follows:

The applicable period of the preferential tax policies set forth in the Announcement of the Ministry of Finance and the State Taxation Administration on the Value-Added Tax Policies on Supporting the Resumption of Work and Business of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households (Announcement No. 13 [2020] of the Ministry of Finance and the State Taxation Administration) will be extended to December 31, 2020.
