Dear taxpayers and fee payers,

To further promote the brand "Tax Express·Shenzhen Actions" of  Shenzhen Tax Service, and to optimize the international business environment of Shenzhen and proactively meet the needs of inbound and outbound enterprises as well as foreign taxpayers and fee payers, we are going to launch the 12366 Multi-language Message Consultation Service on September 28, 2024. We hereby notify you of the relevant matters as follows:

一、服务范围

12366多语种留言咨询服务提供中、法、俄、日、英5种语言的网络留言服务，功能模块中还可查看热点问题。

1.Scope of the Services

The 12366 Multi-language Message Consultation Service offers online consultation in 5 languages, including Chinese, French, Russian, Japanese, and English. Users can also obtain hot topics within the function module.

1.点击深圳市税务局官网【首页】-【12366多语种留言咨询】图标进入；

2.点击深圳市税务局官网【首页】-【我要咨询】-【多语种留言咨询】进入；

    3.扫描以下二维码。

(1) Click on the 【Home】-【12366 Multi-language Message Consultation】 icon on the official website of Shenzhen Tax Service to enter;

(2) Click on the 【Home】-【I want to consult】-【Multi-language Message Consultation】 icon on the official website of Shenzhen Tax Service to enter;

    (3) Scan the following QR code.

三、使用须知

1.答复期限。留言成功后，我局将于5个工作日内容给您答复，请留意短信提示；

    2.进度查询。留言成功后，您可通过12366多语种留言咨询模块中查询功能跟进处理进度、查看答复结果。

3. User instructions

(1) Response Time: After successfully leaving a message, we will reply to you within 5 working days in general. Please pay attention to the SMS notification.

(2) Progress Inquiry: After successfully leaving a message, you can inquire about the progress and check the reply result through the inquiry function in the 12366 Multi-language Message Consultation module.
